Self Pay Rates

• $150.00 – Initial Comprehensive Clinical Diagnostic Assessment
• $100.00 – Subsequent Individual Psychotherapy Sessions (50 mins)
• $50.00 – Brief Psychotherapy Session (30mins)
• Group Rates Vary (not covered by insurance)

Sliding Scale Fee structures may be available on a temporary basis. This option is granted based on individual circumstances.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part.  If we accept your insurance, the out-of-pocket cost is typically just a copay. You may also owe your deductible. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for mental health/psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

•  Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
•  Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
•  What is my expected co-pay?
•  Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
•  Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

 Payments are processed through our secure client portal in order to ensure the safety of all personal information. Payments will be processed at the time of service. Clients are expected to keep an active credit card on file and update payment information as needed. 

 If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session. The cancellation policy will be waived once.
