The good news is that you do not have to do this alone! You can develop the skills to problem solve, cope with life’s circumstances, and heal. Our focus is to help individuals develop, become aware of their inner strengths, and heal. We achieve this by providing a non-judgmental safe space, listening to your concerns and desires, and customizing a treatment plan. Therapeutic modalities include; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy while incorporating other Psychodynamic approaches. I believe in meeting my client where they are, and this may require the use of several therapeutic techniques in order to maximize healing and move towards desired outcomes.
